48-89-2305 Thunderbolt Cobalt Drill Bit, 1/8 In., 2-3/4 In. Oal

The Milwaukee Thunderbolt Cobalt Drill Bit is engineered for extreme durability and long life when drilling hard metals such as stainless steel and other specialty materials. Cobalt-coated construction delivers superior performance compared to black oxide bits, offering up to 10 times longer life in tough applications. This bit is ideal for cordless drills and all twist drilling applications where precision and reliability matter.

The 135-degree split point tip delivers a precision start and prevents walking, ensuring fast, accurate holes without bit drift. The variable helix design with an aggressive 35-degree helix angle that tapers to 15 degrees provides rapid chip removal and limits heat build-up, keeping the bit sharper longer during extended use.
